Still on my 1st, but would love to throw this POS out the window. Had it freeze up 3 times on a transcon...had to do a hard reset every time. Tried to do some company training on it, never mind it can't open powerpoint... How can it not open its own companies software!?
Had iPads at my previous employer and they worked great! I never had one crash on me and the software was MUCH faster than the surface. Also, the battery lasted way longer, and we were issued battery backs, just in case. Oh, and I could read power points on it! These were iPad 2s!

No crazy password required to log into the 3, too! You do a PIN like logging onto an iPhone or iPad. Talk about cutting down my muttering of a string of expletives the 4th time I fat fingered my password trying to log into the 2.
Why not change it to a single letter? It's so much easier to hit L -> Enter!
