NJA is all TMAAT discussion, get to know you, no technical on day 1. Day 2 is a very strait forward sim.
The process is more involved from what I have been told, at the majors and LCCs.
Depends on the Airline, neither Southwest nor JetBlue had any technical or Sim portion to their interview. Southwest does have a scenario based component but it is there to test your CRM abilities.
