It actually can't and statistically won't happen to all of us. I personally know it won't happen to me because every single time I load an approach into the airport. Even if the runway doesn't have one, I'll load a made up visual using the FMS.

It's like the gear, I've never landed without it down, and won't ever because it's like putting
