Signing something that ensures NK pay and work rules prevail over F9 will work for everybody.
I don't think that NK will merge with F9 anytime soon. Indigo is going to get their money's worth out of them before they go public with them. After that happens, then there may be a merger but in the mean time I think they will remain separate.
