The biggest reasons people fail it are because they don't pay enough attention to realize the same type of question is asked a few different ways and they try to game the questions and giving answers that they think United wants to hear and don't answer the same type of questions consistently throughout the test.

The test is hardly flawed if a person rectifies those errors on a retest.
