Thinking about dropping in my application here soon and I have a few questions for all you OOers:
The (soon to be) wife and I have planned our honeymoon for early next year (January) and we'll be gone for about 10 days. First, how realistic is it that I could even get that time off? Just be forthright in the interview... Tell them hey I want to work here, but I won't be able to start here until after our honeymoon. We need people and they're not going to send you packing just because you can't start right away, as it stands there is not a chance you could get ten days off even if you started class already. Someone more qualified than me could tell you if that's a possibility with some seniority in the CRJ as far as the 175 is concerned it's doable depending on what month it is/block hours and how senior you are. (I say that now, but I tried for 10 in a row in August and let's just say its been my worst bid ever since starting here.)
