Flows are not proven to work. At this stage of the game they are a regional hiring tactic. There are a few issues, such as the supply of people to take the place of people flowing. In endeavors case, I have heard there has been a high failure rate concerning the interview. Also, I have seen people get hired in less time than others who are now in these supposed flows are going to have to do. Consider too, if the flow is within a wholly owned, why would that major want to rob its regionals of pilots? It's going to hire the pilots of its competitors instead.

Some will argue these points but we can all agree, these flows are not proven. I would suggest to anyone, just build your resume like anyone else and if you want the theoretical safety net of a flow, then go ahead and go somewhere that has it. But it really shouldn't be your one road to a major. You may end up disappointed.
