Give me an example of a flow that is working. Then compare those numbers to the amount of people moving on from non flow regionals. There is no significant benefit to flowing.
So what will happen if JetBlue doesn't hire you? Or doesn't even ask you for a interview?
True story...I did not got hired at Jetblue (one of my top choices). Why? They don't tell you... I can keep trying to get hired elsewhere with my AA job in the back pocket. I've moved over 500-600 numbers up with flow alone, add that attrition and there is movement.
Also this year AA hast hired many people, but continued to flow pilots from their 3 WO. Slower rate but there were not required to flow people because there were not hiring in the summer.
