Title says it all. Just curious what sort of conversation a prospective employer will have with the old one? Say a major hiring a regional pilot?
Is it limited to training records, attendance, disciplinary action, that sort of thing? Or could a chief pilot get on the phone and potentially bash ya if they don't like you?
