More importantly, look at the big picture. Envoy is projecting Captain upgrades for new hires between the 2.5 and 3 year mark from date of hire at present.

Secondly, first year pay may surprise you. Envoy has a 15k bonus for new hires. In addition, Envoy is offering an additional 5k bonus for new hires that accept class dates on the Embraer 145 or the CRJ-700.
Realistically, you are looking at greater than 50k on first year pay if you accept a 145 or CRJ class date.

And the most important fact of all. If hired at Envoy, you will have a no interview, no medical flow through to American Airlines. Right now, this is projected for a new hire at the 6 year mark. You don't have to put all your apps out to multiple carriers and prepare for interviews, spending lots of your time and money trying to get hired. You will be guaranteed a job at American.

Other carriers do have flow programs now. They are essentially copying what Envoy has successfully done. However, they are nowhere near as robust as the Envoy flow is. This should be a big factor in your decision making in coming to Envoy.
