With the current AIPs they still asked for the ability to remove an unlimited amount from the PS pool and get rid of me to clause to match other airlines' rates.
Current proposal is a pay cut plain and simple. If nothing were to change, you would need 22%, 7%, 7% and 18%DC just to get within 85% of the contract, per ALPA.
