Current proposal is a pay cut plain and simple. If nothing were to change, you would need 22%, 7%, 7% and 18%DC just to get within 85% of the contract, per ALPA.
Not to mention you may have to live out the rest of your career knowing your 'representation' agreed to take your PS and use it to help 'pay for dal mgt compensation'. Salt in the wound left by bankruptcy.
