Not sure is this is the best place to post this.

Compass and is one of the Regionals I would like to work for.
I meet all the requirements, have an ATP etc, but I am not current, and its been a while as I made a career doing something else...

Anyway my question is it wise to just apply? or should I do some recurrent training, perhaps a rating in a sim, or something like ATP’s Regional Jet Programs, before I contact the recruitment department?
