Being they NJ is fractional and not charter do you folks find yourselves getting to sit around a city longer than say a normal charter company like mine? There is very little sit time between flights during the day. Most of the time you'll ferry to the next revenue flight after you've cleaned the cabin, restocked, etc.
If you do have some airport sit time, there are ways to go get a meal. If you're sitting standby they generally want you at the airport (there is different types of standby dictating you level of readiness to go recover a trip).
You incur a 39 month seat lock upon completion of your initial type and any subsequent VOLUNTARY aircraft movement. That seat lock will not restrict you from moving to a higher paying position. Read that as upgrade, but upgrade opportunity is unavailable for the most part at the moment.
DEN is a base, not sure about other cities in CO.
