Doesn't make sense to me either. It looks like some who scream the loudest to the world about what a sure thing the flow is, seem the most disjointed and even hostile. You'd think with a sure bet to a major airline, it wouldn't be that way and they'd be in a zen like state. I know two that have passed on Envoy to go to SkyWest and one is already on the path to Jet Blue. There are plenty of choices out there and with the pilot shortage, it will only get better.
Buyers remorse maybe. But then again, these hostiles couldn't get hired even at a LCC. Maybe that's the reason for the bitterness.
On the other hand, you've got Trinity Dawn here who recognizes how badly ENY treats their employees. He's obviously not pro company. How did these other guys fall in love with Envoy?
