So what exactly is the ROE for meeting recruiters at these events? Are you to hand them a resume and copy of your app and say, "Hi, I am John Doe and have applied to Brand X"? Do they cross-check these things with your app in their system and use the fact they've met you at an event to bump you ahead inline?
