joejet,
I really think the way they call for interviews these days is straight from the computer and going to an AirInc. job fair won't do much. I was at the Women in Aviation conference earlier this year and I had a bunch of friends come and NONE of them but one got called for an interview but he had already taken the psych eval so I think he would have gotten a call anyway. My other buddy that came had over 1000 hours in the MD11, plenty of PIC time, 757/767 and MD11 type, check airman experience, etc (pretty much everything they want right now) and he did not get the call until the application window opened later. Even after that, it took them a while to call him. Oh, and just for the record, NONE of my qualified female friends got called either. But, I would still go because you just never know. If you want the job bad enough, you should try every avenue possible. Good luck.
