If you got on property today, you'd probably upgrade in 3.5 years... New contact should be rolling in by that time... I bet a 4 year captain would be around $160-170/hr especially with everyone getting contracts in front of us... This whole industry is a gamble... Frontier might be a premier job in 5 years...
