For those applying to Allegiant. The day after the TA was announced the applications submitted to Allegiant Jumped way up. That was before anyone even had seen what we got. Now that its out there and now a contract. The interest in working at Allegiant has at least doubled since prior to TA announces. With that the Average applicant qualifications has gone up. What will it take to get on will likely take a interview cycle or two to find out. I would say the Meet and Greats and Job fairs just got a lot more important. Prior to the TA Allegiant was hunting for pilots now they are selecting pilots.
