Maybe not as many as you'd think. You realise they've had to DRASTICALLY reduce their qual mins to get guys to fly for them? All you need if 1500 hours and some turbo prop time. Not belittling those with that qualification but compared to who they could get interest from just a year or two ago is VASTLY different. Social media as a stronger influence nowadays.
