Best you can hope for is to get a seniority number early (1000 pilots at frontier with a projected 2200 or so) and hope they stay in business (rumor I heard is that by the end of this year or next year, I can't remember, that frontier will have the highest operating margin in airline history)... Ask a pilot how his/her career went and they won't be able to tell you til the day they retire
