Aug 14 hire but SFB is a senior base. Most of the CA's there are on the younger side and not retiring anytime soon or leaving. In fact there were about 4 CA's based in SFB that recently turned down AA recall. I don't see much sfb growth either until the airport gets expanded because the gates are getting maxed out. I think a 6+ year upgrade there is more realistic for a new hire today.
Thats assuming no new bases open to lure some away, when CVG opened there was a void left in SFB. Also, company is planning to open JAX in the near future, that will have an effect. I'd expect 3-6 years if you were hired today.
