However the plan is for you guys to subsidize the 145 flying as envoy takes on 175s and the xjt and TSA one return in 2017 to envoy. The second the fleet changes are stable in late 2017/2018 and your uupgrade returns to industry average and trust me everyone by then will have a 1-3 year upgrade industry wide, envoy and Piedmont will be combines.
