1) Yes, and you can add Oakland to the list of bases with less than 10 FO's.
2) Because they are small, things are very volatile. Upgrade times are short. The most junior Airbus CA is Pit and most junior MD CA(not VBD) is AVL. Both hired 13 months ago. I don't believe there's immediate plans to add aircraft to either, so you'll only get off reserve if guys ahead leave.
3) I don't know, but probably like it is at any other base, the ones that live there because they want to, like it, the ones that commute or don't want to live there, don't like it.
