I think it also comes down to good timing to bud. I have 121 PIC, check airman, 142 instructor, chief pilot but I also have had many jobs. So anyone that looks at my resume without hearing my story would think I jumped around.

They did ask me about my resume, and I have had some long term jobs. But many short term ones due to well, aviation industry just being aviation industry. I think they are looking for certain personality traits as well.
