Look, regionals suck. And the pilots there work hard. But the Endeavor pilots have benefited greatly from the SSP. Trying to paint it an injustice that the movement hasn't been even quicker isn't going to hold much water IMO.
I didn't mean to make it sound like I am complaining about the SSP. I am just pointing out that it worked out like management wanted. At least partially. People who most likely would have a chance to go to one of the other majors are pulling their app and waiting for DAL. I am in that boat, I am a Sim instructor and have some pretty good ins with a few companies. But I want DAL so I am willing to wait. Maybe I am not making the right choice by waiting but having a chance to be home Based eventually at DAL is worth more to me then higher seniority but always commuting elsewhere.

I am just pointing out how even with the amount of pilots being hired, there are a lot of qualified guys waiting in line here which is helping with staffing.
