4. They are pretty well staffed on SICs both in HI and CA, but hurting for PICs. The PIC in Kona can fly up to 100s per month.

So is there a monthly guarantee that is paid per month that equals $43k? Then if you fly more than that, you get more pay? That is the usual way. IOW, a 100 hr line should/would make more per month than an 80 hr line.
