Sure...I'm at 550 total time and just shy of 115 multi. Apparently recency is always good, but I'd say as long as you do the refresher stuff send in the resume and give it a shot. They're very short on pilots, and Piedmont is looking like a good place to be right now. They own about 2/3 of their fleet and are profitable because turboprops are. The people there also seem quite nice and helpful and pretty awesome in general (from what I can tell so far). It seems like everyone wants around 100 multi, although they might advertise lower....but sending in an application with low times can't hurt......the worst they can say is you don't meet the minimums yet, and you just have to keep updating.
