I think the most infuriating part is how they switched to a cut rate LTD policy and then made getting the details concerning the policy extremely difficult in an attempt to cover up the inadequacies of the new policy. Anybody who has attempted to contact HR in the past couple of years about our LTD knows what I'm taking about. This is a group insurance policy (read affordable due to the low risk assumed by the insurance company) that protects us and our families' financial stability god forbid we lose our medical and they switched us over to some garbage plan in the middle of the night hoping nobody would notice. Pretty pathetic.. although not surprising I guess.
