VX stays under current work rule book, AS pilots stay under their 2013 CBA. Both will be negotiating a new joined contract aka JCBA. No one is going to ask to move to a current outdated rate. Alaska is a legacy airline and hopefully the new contract will reflect that.


The real question is do Delta and Southwest get contracts before ya'll and we do? Personally I'm hoping so - it'll just drive up the industry average. I think DAL and SWA contracts will happen in 12 months or less.
