I'll see your committee and raise you an R&I Committee Chairman. Yesterday, R&I committee chairman:

"To be eligible to be covered by ltd you must complete 365 consecutive days of employment. Once covered you must be out for 90 days to receive benefits. 90 days is the "elimination period" for benefits. 365 days is the "eligibility period" to be covered for benefits. Hope that makes sense. No change has occurred to the benefits of the ltd."
