Disagree, as does everyone else. If you did speak to the RI committee, you must have misunderstood because its different than the conversations the rest of us had with them.
365 employment to quality for LTD
90 days to get a check.
Makes sense because when I was hired it was 90 days until I was able to qualify for the LTD policy, as reflected on the Spirit website under my benefits.
Its clear the R&I Committee needs a clear language email about this to the pilot group
