The difference is the union was willing to negotiate towards something better where the company pulled from the table and used some self help to remedy the situation. In the interest of facts, we rejected more than one offer, some of which were now in hindsight really good offers. They finally said they didn't want to play this anymore or deal w the union games and thus here we are.
