Like your not eligible for 401k for a few months, your aren't covered under LTD until you've worked a year. I clearly asked if my benefits were paid out to me if I was Diabled for let's say 8 months and he indicated no. But again I'm not sure he was clear what I was asking. If I'm wrong, apologies for spreading misinformation.
