When the very first FO received her CJO back in Jan 15 she was looking at approx a 13-14 month wait with the list of CA waiting to move at that time. It's now been 18 months, still not at Delta. . Plus the hold back seniority numbers compass had, that SSP guys do not have.
It matters because Delta has hired ~900+ pilots/year for 2014-present. Isn't the most junior CA a 03/2015 hire? It's crazy someone from Jan '15 interview and CJOed still doesn't have a class. She'd have been a Delta CA already.
So what's holding the SSP FOs back? Do they have to wait until every potential CA applicant has interviewed?
