It doesn't change the fact that you have a flow to American Airlines. That right there is your game changer. It would be helpful if you could get on board and attempt to change the direction of this thread and stop with all of the negativity. It's no secret that Envoy, and all regionals for that matter, need new guys. Try to be part of the solution and help fix the problem instead of continuing to make things difficult by painting Envoy in the worst possible light.
I'll be glad to get on board as soon as I feel that attitude is reciprocated by our company. I will also not fail to continue to point out the issues we have here because the only way to pressure management these days seems to be bad press. As far as I know they've pretty much walked away from any negotiations, it's dead silent. That means we're stuck with what we've got. I've said it multiple times before. Show me the problems we have are being worked on and I'll change my stance. Until then, it's been openly stated they are happy with our performance. They have zero motivation to change anything, IMO. I give all info about ENY, not just the bad. I'll gladly help someone come work here if they want to.
