Like Bolo said, I don't know what to say. I used hotel and airline points to get myself to my job fair. Cost me nothing.
Out of the 20 guys on my interview day, I was the only 91/135 guy there. Out of the 9 hired, I felt very lucky to be one of them.
My point is that 5% had 91/135 backgrounds. It's not like the airlines are beating down our doors. If you want to work here, you have to show them you are motivated and willing to put in the effort. They'll give you a chance, if you do your part as well.
