Yes it's difficult! It's not worth 100K a year, let alone anything less. You work like a dog, they get mad at you for taking a lunch break, the management doesn't give a crap about their employees, they definitely don't give a crap about patients, you're drowning in work with no help and your management is making decisions about relief from their house and a pager, etc. I can go on and on.
Oh yeah, if you are looking for respect, don't be a nurse either cuz you don't get any.
Sounds identical to the job description of a regional airline pilot expept for the pay and benifits. And that is my point, both jobs stink but only one gets paid for dealing with it.
