I certainly can't speak (or pretend to have inside info on) exact numbers, however, if you attended to the rally last Sunday I think your estimate of 90% doing it is way off.
The bottom line is if pilots elected QOL over extra work until we get a done deal..........there is no doubt the deal will be concluded sooner than later.
Hopefully there will be enhancements to retirement.....i.e. B-plan % bump or higest 3 instead of highest 5..........more 401 fund choices.

The 90% I mentioned was just a number, like the previous 90%. I also have no idea what that number is, but management does.
These self starting job actions are self defeating. When you yell no draft, no volunteer, no vacation sell back, and it flops. What message have you sent management?
A large number of pilots do not have long term. Any enhancement of the "B" plan contribution is pocket change to them. Get the drift?
