Can anyone add some clarity on first year FO pay?:

According to the APC Airline Profile page(as of May 2016):

CPZ 1yr FO pay is $36/hr.

Monthly guarantee = 75 hours.

Gross: $2700/month. $32,400/year.

Is there an average line (hours), or is 75 hours realistic?

Also figuring the $1.65/hr per diem will not move any monthly salary numbers appreciably.

Saw the post a few pages back about family medical insurance at $550/month! Takes the $2700 down to $2150 pretty quick! And that's before taxes and any other deductions ...

Any other numbers out there that will move the salary +/- that I didn't list above?

At least 3rd year Captain pay has some breathing room (if upgrade time stays the same).
