Sorry you see it that way. But it's not really well worn if you keep having these types of problems at a company. CAL was having problems with this stuff and it ended up biting them in the booty. Must be something to it because that suit is still alive and well.
I don't think it was a coincidence that a L UAL pilot, who was out on mil leave (or furlough - I don't recall),was the attorney of record, suing on behalf of the affected CAL pilots. He most certainly wasn't popping smoke. As I recall, he was a hornet driver who did what ALPA would not do, and that was represent these pilots issues and interests.
