Do they handle transition days pretty well? We always seem to be on the first flight out day one and close to the last flight home day 8.
On day 1 if you start before 8am, it's OT, as is anytime over 9 hrs of duty that day. So if you start at 6am and duty off at 5pm, it's 4 hrs of OT (2+2). It's rare for me to start before 8am on day 1.
