Message says on to update to 9.3.4. As soon as I did this, Content Locker crashed. Uninstall and reinstall, same issue. Called iPad support and they say they are aware that Content Locker is down. Don't know if the update was the issue or not, but in the interim I highly recommend skipping it until this all gets resolved.

Updated yesterday (I was still on iOS 8.something), everything works fine. Maybe you're just bad at iPad.
