How about the knowledge test? Possible to pass without reading all of the textbook sized books they suggest? I know about RST, but honestly don't want to spend the money. You decided to take the interview now? With your job already you have nothing to lose. If it's not an absolute must to jump over I'd do what you are saying....if you feel you absolutely need to make the jump I'd spring for the rst job test gouge. The cog tests are pretty much the same as a post deployment mental health test
