Just updating for those trying to get on as to what the process is as I am seeing it. So, I got the email invite to come up to Columbus in September, as others have said, day one is a panel interview that is split up into a morning and afternoon session with 6 pilots in each, and if that goes well, day two is a sim eval (in what sim or profile I have no idea). They sent me a link to complete a 45 minute online psychological test (I think that may be new). They give you a number to call to set up the airfare and hotel at their expense (which is nice) and they will reimburse you for meals as well. Anyway, that's all I know for sure.
