I have a pair of polarized. I didn't get them for flying, they just happen to be my regular sunglasses. They seem to cut the early morning brightness/glare etc. but do cause a bit of discoloration on the front windshield (not enough to make me go out and buy another pair of shades though). They do not interfear with the view of the crt screens at all on the crj. I think if I had to buy a new pair, I would sport some serengeti's. They seem to be pretty nice for flying and I fly with a lot of captains that seem to be real happy with them. Though I don't think I would like them for my casual glasses
