Anyone here know what kind of success 2nd time interviews have? My first interview with jetBlue was almost 2 years ago. I had never interviewed with a 121 carrier and was the 1st interview I had in 14 years. So, I know for a fact that I was not polished. I have some 121 time now and a few interviews under my belt, so I'm hoping to show better the second time around. Any advice or info would be appreciated.
I interviewed several years ago and got the TBNT email. When I was preparing to interview the second time I spoke to a friend who is on the recruitment team and he told me that the recruiters will have no knowledge of your prior interview unless you disclose it. Like clear4approach, I decided in the moment to disclose it and it ended up becoming one of my TMAAT answers. I got the job the second time.
