I'd have to confirm this...but a friend got hired on the 170 with previous 145 time. He was told he'd still get his $2500. Whether that happened or not...I have no idea. At the very least I'd bring up they never specified you had to actually get hired on the equipment you were familiar with...only that they'd give you the cash if you had the experience.
Good luck with actually making them if they don't want to. Says in plain black and white that you get 2.5% company matching on 401k from day one and they aren't doing it.
