When your glorious HR rep said "your resume looks too anti management." I guess I committed career suicide when I worked for the pilots as NC to bring them a decent contract. Or maybe, that period when I fought for the pilots as compliance committee rep when the company would use our cba as toilet paper. Or, maybe that time where I refused to fly the line as a management pilot to save atleast one job when my company was looking at furloughs or that time when my fellow pilots went on strike. I fought to save jobs as Chief pilot when my company was trigger happy on firing pilots. Yup, I am anti management because I tried to make sure my fellow pilots never faced unfairness.
