Probably nothing. The training costs are fixed, since the PIs get paid whether or not they are training anyone.
Also what is the cost to have to train other pilots to fly those other positions that these extra pilots could be flying? I'm guessing the cost to just pay 100 WB FOs is a lot more than putting them somewhere they will be productive.
